History
Chief Drax was established as head police officer of Mekron City some time ago.
Drax is the leader of the blue strike cop squad, which consists of him, "Rainer", Trafell, Stegger, and Bryns. Drax is also a good friend of Preston Stormer.

Recently, Meltdown infected Drax with microscopic nanobots, which overran the robot's systems. Before he succumbed, he sent out a distress call to Hero Factory, and Stormer arrived with three rookies. Drax was taken over by the nanobots and threatened Stormer. Stormer easily disarmed Drax and bound him with Hero Cuffs, but the crazed robot sent out Floater Enforcement Drones to attack the Heroes.
