Drilldozer is a former mining bot from the planet Tallos 5. He is one of the strongest members of the Fire Villains, being Fire Lord's right hand hench-bot, while serving as a secondary/supporting antagonist in Ordeal of Fire. He along with the other villains have raided multiple fuel depots to satisfy their Crippling Fuel addiction, the addiction which ultimately led to their tyranny, however they was ultimately stopped by the Alpha 1 Team while riding Tanker Station 22 and, despite briefly escaping during the breakout, Drilldozer has remained in Custody for his actions.

Biography

Early Life

Tallos 5

Like his boss and the other Fire Villains, Drilldozer was once a mining bot, on the planet Tallos 5. At some point in his life, Hero Factory scientists gave the local mining bots augments in their fingers, which could absorb fuel cells rather than having to constantly return to base to recharge. This adjustment was flawed, however, as Drilldozer could absorb more fuel than his body could handle. He eventually gained an addiction to fuel and became corrupt. After dismissing his original duties, he, along with other fuel-addicting bots, was recruited by Fire Lord before embarking on a spree of criminal activity, hijacking one of the many Fuel Supply Ships and abandoning their mining duties, fleeing the planet in search of more fuel to feed their craving and starting their criminal career. Since then Drilldozer has become Fire Lord's toughest servant, quickly forming as his right-hand hench-bot, assisting in committing countless acts of breaking, robbery, assault, and sabotaging multiple fuel stations. With this new power, it is speculated that he once came up against an entire squad of Heroes, only to render them in need of severe medical care.

Ordeal of Fire

The villain's travels eventually led them to Tanker Station 22, where they arrived via a previously stolen fuel supply ship modified to have a giant laser, which they use to lay waste to the station, potentially killing many worker-bots there. One of the surviving worker bots activates the Hero Alarm System, alerting the Hero Factory of the situation. Upon the arrival of the Alpha 1 team to confront the villains, the battle begins. Amid the chaos, Drilldozer uses his newly equipped and modified handheld-Turbine Drill to tunnel beneath the station, planning to ambush the Alpha 1 team by emerging right in front of them. As Drilldozer confronts Alpha leader Preston Stormer, along with rookies Mark Surge and Natalie Breez, Stormer launches two attacks at the hulking brute, only for Drilldozer to dodge them effortlessly.

This leads Stormer to acknowledge the mining bot's newly acquired speed before getting walloped in the face by a single swing from the villain's Turbine Drill, sending him crashing. Upon the rookies aiding their fallen leader, they all fire upon the villain, who maniacally laughs away at the ineffectiveness of the Heroes' attacks, leading them to retreat from Drilldozer who fires upon the fleeing heroes with his handheld Meteor Blaster-functioning Claw Blade. Later on he is ineffectively pinned down by Breez in an attempt to aid Surge. As the Heroes attempt to escape, realizing they are outgunned, Drilldozer and the rest of the gang surround them, ready to finish them off. However, Surge draws their attention by starting to destroy some of the fuel containers. Fire Lord quickly notices this and commands the entire gang to go after Surge, giving the remaining Heroes and the surviving civilians a chance to escape. As they do so, the gang surrounds and incapacitates Surge on Fire lord's command, all shooting Surge in unison. After the Heroes flee, Fire Lord instructs the gang to take Surge prisoner to potentially use for ransom with Drilldozer to take ''care'' of the fallen hero, after which they continue smuggling fuel from the station and set it up as their new temporary base of operations.

Fire lord and Drilldozer

The Heroes eventually return to the Station after being Upgraded, having scared off Nitroblast, who is now fleeing to Fire Lord and Dozer situated elsewhere in the complex. Upon asking who has returned, Fire Lord chastises his hench-bot for not recognizing who they are dealing with followed by the newly retrofitted Heroes launching into battle against the Mining Bots. Drilldozer scatters away to be chased by William Furno and Breez. When the duo gets their weapons fused via an explosion created by the laser emitted from the fuel supply ship piloted by Jetbug while searching for the villain, Drilldozer reappears, tunnelling from under the station before them. Upon emerging the villain mockingly asks if the heroes missed him as he takes his time with the seemingly defenceless Heroes, slowly approaching them with his Turbine Drill to literally tear them apart .

As he approaches the arguing duo, he is about to finish them off before a Hero Pod containing Julius Nex and Nathan Evo arrives, directing his attention to the incoming heroes, allowing the joint effort of Breez and Furno to strike the villain in the head, pushing him uncontrollably on his knees before his master to witness the arriving Hero Pod. After being abruptly confused at Evo's calm demeanour, the Hero opens fire on the regrouped gang, continuing the battle. Among the three v five, Drilldozer is shot in the face by Evo. As he returns fire, Breez avoids the incoming attacks, jumping onto and striking the villain in the back, making him fall to the ground, disarming him of his Turbine Drill and successfully cuffing him. Upon the defeats of his master and fellow bots, Drilldozer was stripped of his weapons and, along with the other Fire Villains, were imprisoned at the Villain Storage Facility, where they would await cleansing of their thirst for fuel.

Drilldozer brushes past hero Furno along with Nitroblast as he deals with Toxic Reapa before making theri getaway through the Black Hole Staff tornado.
