Synopsis

After completing a mission, the new hero Rocka receives a distress call from Aldous Witch, a professor who had been banished from the Hero Factory. Despite being ordered not to, Rocka decides to head to the jungle planet Quatros to rescue Aldous. However, when Rocka arrives, he is attacked by creatures called Fangz, controlled by Aldous, who has transformed into the evil Witch Doctor.

Meanwhile, back at the Hero Factory, the heroes Stormer, Furno, Bulk, Stringer, and Nex are given new armor and weapons and sent to Quatros to rescue Rocka. Once on the planet, they find Rocka and learn about Witch Doctor's dangerous plan. He intends to steal all of the planet’s quaza, which would destroy the planet

After giving Rocka his upgraded 3.0 armor, the heroes discover an ancient transporter that can take them to a temple where Witch Doctor is gathering the quaza. They split into two teams: Furno, Stringer, and Nex explore the jungle, while Rocka, Stormer, and Bulk use the transporter to go to the temple. However, Rocka’s team is accidentally shrunk during the journey.

As Furno's team travels through the jungle, they are attacked by two powerful creatures, Waspix and Scorpio, who are under Witch Doctor's control. After a brief battle, Furno manages to remove a quaza spike from Waspix, freeing it from Witch Doctor's influence.

The two teams then head toward the temple, where Rocka and Bulk have been captured by Witch Doctor. At the temple, Furno and Stringer fight Scorpio again and remove its quaza spike, turning it against Witch Doctor. To defend himself, Witch Doctor uses another creature, Raw-Jaw, to battle Scorpio while his blimp, full of the planet's quaza, begins to lift off.

Meanwhile, Nex restores the transporter, returning Stormer, Bulk, and Rocka to their normal size. As Stormer fights Witch Doctor directly, Furno and Rocka plan a surprise attack. Rocka, now in his powerful XL form, charges at Witch Doctor. They have a brief fight, and just as Witch Doctor is about to strike Rocka, Stormer manages to steal Witch Doctor’s staff and break it, destroying his control over the creatures.

With Witch Doctor defeated, Bulk and Furno cause the blimp to crash into the temple, returning the stolen quaza to the planet. The heroes leave Quatros with Witch Doctor in custody, and the planet begins to heal itself.
