Template:Tool The Sonic Boom Weapon was a tool used by Hero Factory Alpha 1 Team member Jimi Stringer.

History

During a battle in New Stellac City, Von Nebula created a black hole with his Black Hole Orb Staff that sucked up the Heroes' weapons, including the Sonic Boom Weapon, though Stringer eventually got it back.

When Stringer was given the Upgrade to fire-resistant armor, he traded in this weapon for a melee weapon, and then later for a Triple-Bladed Bear Claw.

Function

The Sonic Boom Weapon can be used to overwhelm an opponent with compressed sound, or to blow apart anything standing in the Hero's way. As an added feature, a guitar or synthesizer can be plugged into the Sonic Boom Weapon, which then functions as an amplifier.

Example Usage

In Core Crisis, Jimi Stringer used the Sonic Boom Weapon to blast soundwaves at Corroder.

Set Information

The Sonic Boom Weapon was included in the Jimi Stringer Hero Factory set from 2010. It was also included in the "Bulk & Vapour" set.

Trivia
